2009 Cotton BowlOle Miss 47 Texas Tech 34
In a typical Texas Tech display of all offense and no defense, the Red Raiders fell to the University of Mississippi by a score of 47 to 34. Worse than the defeat and lack of defense was the total lack of class shown by the Tech players in the fourth quarter. Just recompense for their misdeeds was the infamous kick off from their own 7.5 yard line!
If you're going to go down in defeat, at least do it with a little class...

Boy, those Red Raiders got an "Ass-Whooping" today. My PaPa is happy today, but he is still po'd about the TT loss 2-months back. If only the Horns could make 1-dang play, I would be going to South Beach next week.
This reminds me of the classless acts Texas pulled trying to pursuade the media they are deserving of a shot at the National Title Game. All that whinning about not getting invited although they beat the great Boomer Sooners. They forgot one little detail - they lost to a crappy team from West Texas that has proven in a bowl game they don't belong on the big stage. So what does this say about Texas' loss to the whimpy Red Raiders???
Ah but alas, you must have forgotten about the loss that UO has to UT...
From where I sit, the only National Champion should be the Utah Utes for they are the ONLY undefeated team in Division 1 Football.
Yeah, your horns' lucked out and beat an injured Boomer Sooner team, but they BLEW the game against a mediocre Tech team, which then got ass-whooped by OU. Therefore in my book, they should be relegated to the Home Depot "Toilet" Bowl.
I would vote for Utah...
I thought that bowl in wherever the 'Horns are playing is the Toilet Bowl.

Since Tx Tech beat UT, does that mean that UT is also all offense and even less defense than TT?
