Cooper is glad that the ITA season is nearly over--but it was a great one this year! He has heard stories from all over the country that would curl your hair and tickle your funny bone (wherever that is).

My favorite was Coach Wadley of Oklahoma State whacking Kevin Foster on the leg during a match.
Here's one that may not tickle anyone's funny bone but, how about that D1 school that hasn't paid any of its official's invoices this year? This one is in the great state of TX. Anyone else running into this issue?
Seems a new player for a north Texas university was new to the team. During her doubles match she got coded for raquet abuse. After the match the offender approached the chair umpire and criticized the official's application of the Code. Per the ITA rules-ignorant prima donna, "I have played on the pro tour and know that you must warn me twice before you issue a code!"
And that school would just happen to be the SMU Men's Tennis program. We're working on a "latel penalty fee" for next year...
I'm overjoyed since I didn't have to work with that prima donna woman from College Station this year...
