The Joys Of Convenience
In order to stay a step ahead of the devil and to make a step forward in getting more people into confession, the Catholic Church announced a new app for the IPhone. Its called "Confession Made Easy."
Picture of the latest app for the confessional.

Here is my confession. The Bible teaches us not to hate, but every year I grow in my hatred for the author(s) or organizer(s) of the rules of tennis. I slosh through them each year at test time. They remind me of the first court house I practiced in--a 1920s building that got too small so in 1940 another building was built around it and in 1960 yet another shell was built around that--leaving the inside as a tangled maze. We finally had the good sense to tear it all down and start anew.
The rules are broken into multiple parts, with a the "rules fo tennis", the code, FACs, the comments and then a whole other part for tournaments, littered with tables and appendix which have yet more rules.
To boot, when I take the test in 2011 to remind me of where all this mess is, I use the 2010 book which is obsolete.
Please forgive me for my ill thoughts directed to these inept authors.
Texas A&M has one of the highest ethical standards that I know of. If the coaches and Athletic Department knew what was happening, they would correct the situation immediately.
Has anyone brought this issue to their attention? Besides, as officials, it is the correct thing to do.
Here's the man at the top. Go ahead, give him a call:
Bill Byrne Director of Athletics 979-845-5129
If you go to the athletics web site, under Departments there is a direct link to send him an e-mail if that is easier. Click on Bill Byrne and send him an e-mail. Its called Ask Bill Byrne.
Now you don't have to wait for "someone" else to do it.
I don't claim to know everything about this A&M controversy. But I do think it is interesting that someone took the time to post a solution - or what appears to be a solution - and then all postings stop.
Without knowing anything else, it appears to me that people would rather complain than find a solution.

Very good! I checked the app and they don't have all my sins on there--yet. So I guess I can run free for now...
Are the BOBsey twins down in College Station Catholic? If so, they need the app so they can confess their sins for working ITA matches illegally.
Cold Blooded!
Cold blooded but true. Will integrity ever return to College Station?

So has "someone" gotten a response back from Bill Byrne yet?
