I just want to express my thanks to the officers who have volunteered their time to man these posts. I know it takes a good amount of time and effort. Thanks to all of you.
Does Wally confuse the Texas Section Officials Committee and their Ad Hoc group with the MTOA Board when he asks his question above? Or, does out illustrious Mr RM misunderstand the question or, do I misunderstand everything, including how a guideline for official pay can be released to the DFW MTOA Membership without guidelines concerning mandatory lunch being provided which, based on previouis blogs, I thought was, in fact, mandatory.
So Randy, where's become of all your posturing about meals being provided in DFW Tournaments? Weren't you saying they were mandatory by MTOA Rules? Sure doesn't seem they're mandatory in the "guidelines".
I'm not real sure to be honest. What was printed was not what we decided in the board meeting. We'll have to see I guess but all tournaments I referee have the following understanding:
Either provide lunch or add $10 per official per meal.

OK, So you have listed the officers, but we all want to know: 'Who is on the Ad Hoc committee'??
The last I heard the ones who are on the Ad Hoc Committee are Sue Trautmann and Kevin Foster. Not sure who the others are.
Here are the former members who are no longer on the committee:
Cheryl Jones
Brookie Green
Randy McDonald
Sara Lammerts

I wish someone would feed you hungry umps! Actually - I think a LOT OF YOU need to skip a few meals!
