Blogging is one of the most innovative means of communications in today's world.
As we take these new steps in our officiating world, it is one of our goals for this blog to become a ONE STOP SHOP...
ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR A NEW OFFICIAL
When a new official comes to the blog, they can start from scratch in their official's life. There are links to joining the USTA and Nucula and then links to taking the provisional test and signing up for your background checks and eye exams. New officials can also find links to locating area coordinators and even buying their new officials clothes.
ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR AN EXPERIENCED OFFICIAL
Keeping our experienced officials happy and interested, we provide links to ITA apparel, USTA account pages, and even a list of all major universities and web sites in the country.
Since all officials seem to have an opinion about most everything in life generally and in officiating specifically, we provide forums for their opinions--and boy do they share them! We try to provide blog posts that are informative, sarcastic, humorous, sad, happy, and enjoyable--and then open them up for your comments and thoughts.
Hopefully the new year will see this blog truly become a ONE STOP SHOPPING EXPERIENCE for everyone who blogs on...

I thank you and appreciate your blog - I am new to officiating and I this is the only information I can find.
I would LOVE this blog if you would not let people talk about my girlfriend so much.
To New Official 7:07. This is a pretty good place to find out what is going on. If you are new, it is great fun to try and figure out who some of the "Old Timers" are commenting about. If you are in Texas,I would suggest you join the tennis officials organizations in one of the larger cities, they are also pretty good to send out timely information.
Ask questions, listen to the different answers and ignore the curmudgeons
Thanks Randy for filtering the more offensive comments.
