2012 Officials Schools Schedule & Information

Now that we have all had a good time discussing the pay and meal arrangements in the Metroplex, it is time to shift our focus to the OFFICIALS SCHOOLS in 2012. The Texas Section Coordinator, Kevin Foster, has announced the schools schedule so we wanted to get that information to you as soon as possible.

NOTE: You will need to take your tests before you attend the school and they will be posted on this blog as soon as they are available. You will also need to REGISTER for your school online and in advance. You can do so by clicking on "Schools Registration Link" on the upper right section of the blog. You can always check for schools information by clicking on "Officials Schools" on the upper right section of the blog.

WOW my most favorite official in the whole wide world isn't coordinating officials in College Station any more.

This is fantastic news just in time for Christmas. I may drive down from my hiding place up north and attend the College Station school in celebration.

Question - does Texas allow out-of-state/section officials to attend their classes? The same can't be said for the Kansas area. Only in-section officials can get credit for attending classes there.

So good to have Eeyore back among us and yes, I'm sure there is much celebrating in College Station. The grapevine says there is more news on the horizon.

Yes, Texas Section allows non-Texans to come to the certification schools. Why not come to the one in Plano and be sure to introduce yourself to me...
