The 2026 fall UIL tennis season officially kicks off on July 27th when high schools begin training for their fall season. The team tennis season is fashioned much like the collegiate team tennis season and is highly competitive at all levels. Individual high schools field their own teams and they compete at all levels up through the state championship level. The playoffs are during the month of October and feature some of the most competitive high school tennis matches in the nation.
If you are at least a USTA certified official and would like to officiate some of these team events, contact Randy McDonald as soon as possible. We will keep you posted on the team tennis season once it begins.
